I'm a constant exerciser but still amazed by the differences Lisa's class brings. Her class is a careful combination of yoga, pilates, and cardio so it really gives you a full body workout in a short hour. It's a well crafted program, even the accompany music matches with the paces of different sections of workout. My muscles are sore after each class but the tangible results elate me. It's definitely my favorite class.

I have enjoyed our sessions together and I thank you for the effort you have made in tailoring them to my needs. You took a lot of care to give me a workout within the limits of what I could do postpartum. Your focus on structuring the workout with my goals in mind while allowing me to regain my strength has made this a success for me.

Lisa's class is really challenging, but that's exactly why I like it. Her class is well designed from the initial warm-up, seamless continuation to some serious cardio workouts using all parts of your body, to the stretching at the end. If you are working on your stamina and agility, Lisa's class is the one to attend!
